Accommodation

The resort is divided into two parts; Harmony which is couples only and Splash that’s aimed at families. They consist of 250 air-conditioned recently-refurbished rooms, all with one king size four poster or two double beds, robes and slippers, ceiling fan, sitting area, ensuite bathroom (with shower only), satellite TV, fridge, nightly turndown service, tea/coffee making facilities and a private balcony or terrace with views of the gardens or ocean. Harmony guests are also treated to an exclusive Couple’s Only Harmony Dinner held weekly. Splash guests receive a family welcome pack, free round of paintball per family and secure private babysitting services as needed (fees apply). Deluxe Ocean View Rooms offer a partial view of the ocean whilst Premium Ocean View Harmony Rooms have a full ocean view as well as upgraded furnishings and a personalised mini bar stocked daily with premium liquor or fine wine and soft drinks. The Harmony Junior Suites are spacious and beautifully furnished, with stunning views of the Atlantic, Maria Islands and resort gardens.

Restaurants And Bars

There are nine restaurants plus a beach grill, including Coconut Walk, an international buffet restaurant open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A la carte dinner service is available at Calabash, which serves Caribbean creole cuisine, and Silk's which offers an Asian fusion menu as well as Silk’s Lil Menu for the kids. The Greathouse serves gourmet cuisine for a more indulgent evening, and Flip Flops offers more casual grilled favourites. There is also an al fresco Italian restaurant and seven bars (including a swim-up pool bar).

Premium All-Inclusive

Includes breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and snacks, unlimited premium brand drinks by the glass, tennis, volleyball, football, table tennis, pool tables, basketball, fitness centre, yoga, Pilates, aerobics, Kids' and Teens' Clubs, and nightly entertainment. Also includes airport transfers.

Facilities

The hotel's extensive facilities and activities include three recently refreshed swimming pools (one for adults only), a fitness centre, oceanfront spa and beauty salon, six tennis courts and the island's largest waterpark featuring slides, waterfalls and a lazy river. Non-motorised watersports including windsurfing, kitesurfing, snorkelling and stand-up paddleboarding are complimentary for all-inclusive guests. The excellent Kidz Klub caters to all ages from newborn to teenagers, offering daily supervised activities, a mini zip line, tree house, water playground and mini rock climbing wall.

Important Information

Coconut Bay is located on Saint Lucia's Atlantic coast and the sea can sometimes be rough. Seaweed is occasionally washed onto the beach but this is raked regularly.
