In the evening, an à la carte menu treats diners to a choice of mouthwatering meat cuts and a variety of delectable fresh pasta; inspired by delicious local cuisine, aromatic Mediterranean flavours and innovative international trends.  Located next to the beach, Eternal Blue Á La Carte offers a superb local seafood selection and serves fantastic sushi in the evening.Signature cocktails and refreshing drinks can also be enjoyed at the on-site bars.
