The Lone Star

Famed for it’s glamorous restaurant, The Lone Star Boutique Hotel & Restaurant is set on a white sand beach on Barbados’s platinum west coast. This little gem of a hotel is home to just seven rooms, suites and penthouses housed in two wings on each side of the restaurant, each named after renowned American cars to reflect the hotels heritage as one of the first garages on the island in the 1950’s

Just Seven rooms, suites and penthouses set between two wings on either side of the restaurant. Décor is classic with shades of white, grey and blue and elegant furnishings included terraces with dining and coffee tables and cushioned loungers.

The superb Lone Star Restaurant offers changing menus of European cuisine influenced by Caribbean flavours; the wood fire pizzas are a popular choice! The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with pre-dinner cocktails and sunset drinks at the bar. Private dining can be arranged on request.
