125 smartly appointed rooms and suites are housed in four attractive ochre-hued buildings, all with a large private terrace or balcony. There are a number of interconnecting options for families, as well as dedicated Family Rooms that accommodate two adults and two children, featuring a sofa bed and a games console. The amazing Es Fum, open for dinner during the summer months and overseen by chef Miguel Navarro, has a Michelin star, and offers a ten-course tasting menu or a smaller six-course ‘Petit Menu’, complete with wine pairings. Aqua is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with an all-day menu showcasing Mediterranean cuisine and a shaded canopy to keep you cool during the day. Next door to Aqua is Brisas, a buffet-style dining room especially for kids. Bar Es Vent is the stylish lobby lounge where you can enjoy cocktails and tapas, and there is also a poolside bar.
