Day 1 Rio de Janeiro

Volunteer at a community-run day care centre in one of Brazil's largest favelas, where over 100 children are provided with a loving atmosphere to learn and grow, complete with games and educational activities, nutritious meals and health care.
Day 2 Rio de Janeiro (1B, 1L)

Full-day of volunteering at the community-run daycare, where there may also be chances to help out at other programs run by UMPMRS.
Days 3-5 Rio de Janeiro

Return to the hotel in Copacabana for the weekend in the afternoon. Optional activities are available in Rio on the weekend.
Day 6 Rio de Janeiro (1B, 1L)

The weekend is yours to enjoy. Optional activities are available in Rio.
Day 7 Rio de Janeiro

The weekend is yours to enjoy. Optional activities are available in Rio.
Day 8 Rio de Janeiro

Return to the favela.
Day 9 Rio de Janeiro (1B, 1L)

Continue volunteering with UMPMRS.
Days 10-12 Rio de Janeiro

One last day of volunteering in the daycare before transferring to a hostel for the night.
